We are a GP practice providing NHS care to our local community. Our aim is to deliver safe, timely, and patient‑centred care, making best use of the skills of our whole healthcare team.
How we work
When you contact the practice, we focus on understanding what you need so we can arrange the most appropriate care. Not every problem requires the same type of appointment, and our approach helps ensure that patients with urgent or complex needs are prioritised. Your request may be managed in different ways, including advice, treatment, or an appointment with the most suitable healthcare professional.
Our clinical team
Our practice team includes GPs and other highly trained healthcare professionals who work closely together. Depending on your needs, you may be offered care from:
- a GP
- a Mental Health Nurse
- a Practice Nurse
- another member of the wider healthcare team
Each clinician has specific skills and experience, and working as a team allows us to provide the right care at the right time.
Appointments and access
Appointments are prioritised based on clinical need. This means that patients who need urgent care are seen as quickly as possible, while routine problems are managed safely and efficiently.
You may not always be offered a face‑to‑face appointment straight away. In many cases, advice or a telephone consultation may be the most appropriate first step.
Continuity of care
We recognise that some patients value seeing the same clinician, particularly for ongoing or complex health problems. Where possible, we take continuity into account when arranging care.
Working with you
We are committed to treating patients with dignity and respect, and we ask for your support in helping us deliver care fairly for everyone. Keeping us informed if your condition changes, attending appointments, or cancelling when you cannot attend all help us provide a better service.
